My work "Big Puzzle of Life" is made out of 210 pieces of reclaimed redwood, laminated, carved and finished with oil.
The wall sculpture was inspired by the observation that life is formed by a series of choices, experiences, events and learnings. Each unique piece of reclaimed wood represents one of those steps, adding context and direction, and thereby creating a rich, unpredictable and interesting path.
