I often get asked how my work will look on a wall in a specific modern space setting, surrounded by furniture and other design elements. Usually, my work with reclaimed wood acts as a complementary element, adding warmth, natural colors and aliveness to the space. Especially my recent work below with exposed and polished end grain can radiate in a dramatic way.
The two wall sculptures below illustrate well how organic shapes and natural colors transform a space that is characterized by straight lines and rectangular shapes.
